A program  for ages 8-10, that focuses on providing youth with a understanding of healthy lifestyles with the long-term goal of preventing and/or reducing the onset of Type 2 diabetes in Native youth. This program offers opportunities for consistent daily physical activities and challenges. While putting emphasis on the importance of teamwork and community service.
